So… Wes Anderson is this guy. Screenwriter. Director. Bottle Rocket. Rushmore. Moonrise Kingdom. The Grand Budapest Hotel.

And… Robert Evans was this guy. Movie producer. Head of production Paramount Pictures. Chinatown. Marathon Man. Urban Cowboy. Subject of a documentary based on his book The Kid Stays in the Picture.
Well… in 2002, there was a harmonic convergence which brought together these two disparate figures — Anderson and Evans — for a 46-minute conversation with Anderson as a guest host (!?!) of The Charlie Rose Show.
