Longtime friend of the blog and all-around talented good guy Mickey Fisher has been an active participant in the online screenwriting universe (@MickeyFisher73). My history with Mickey goes all the way back to May 2013 when his spec TV pilot script Extant took Hollywood by storm: Studios Drool over Sci-Fi Drama. After setting up that project at CBS, a series which ran two seasons, Mickey also sold the series Reverie to NBC.

I interviewed Mickey (link) and also featured a wonderful guide Mickey published about his experience developing, pitching, and selling Extant (link).

Now he’s back with something truly cool:

For anyone who is interested in learning more about pitching a television show. This was a pitch I took out last year and didn’t sell, so I offered to do it live for some other writers so they could see what it looks like in action.

It’s a one-hour master class in pitching TV.

If you are interested in writing TV, this is a must-watch and Mickey is a must-follow on Twitter.
