There are so many great screenplays represented here. I wish Kelly Fremon Craig had been nominated for Best Adapted Screenplay for Are You There God? It’s Me, Margaret. That is a gem of a movie and a beautifully crafted adaptation of Judy Blume’s book. For that matter, Rachel McAdams deserved a Best Supporting Actor nomination as well.

Be that as it may, there were so many great movies in 2023. I look forward to celebrating them this Sunday night during The Oscar show.
