Warner Bros. acquires romantic comedy spec script “Wink” written by Brad Desch. From Deadline:

…a Cyrano de Bergerac-like tale of what happens when you take over your mother’s social media profiles.

Desch is repped by ICM Partners and 3 Arts Entertainment.

By my count, this is the 34th spec script deal in 2018.
