Spec Script Deal: “The Worst Man”

Universal Pictures acquires action comedy spec script “The Worst Man” by Matt Altman and Dave Matalon. Via Deadline:

Plot details are under wraps. This marks the second spec sale in less than a year for Altman and Matalon, who set up the action comedy Three Hitmen and a Baby at Lionsgate.

Always great to see a spec deal. Even better if it’s an action comedy, one of my favorite type of mainstream commercial movies. And even BETTER when the deal involves two talented writers and overall great guys.
