Lakeshore Entertainment acquires thriller spec script “The New Mrs. Keller” written by Mark Hogan. From Variety:

Lakeshore Entertainment is developing “The New Mrs. Keller,” a Hitchcockian techno-thriller based on Mark Hogan’s spec script, Variety has learned exclusively.

Lakeshore, which plans to make the movie in 2018, is keeping the logline under wraps.

Hogan is repped by Gersh and Kaplan/Perrone Entertainment.

By my count, this is the 52nd spec script deal in 2017.

There were 63 spec script deals year-to-date in 2016.
