Spec Script Deal: “Riding Hurt”

Teton Ridge Entertainment acquires action crime spec script “Riding Hurt” written by Buck Bloomingdale. Via Variety:

Teton Ridge Entertainment has acquired “Riding Hurt,” a spec script by Buck Bloomingdale, a new breakout writer bursting onto the scene.

The project is described as a high-octane heist film set in the adrenaline-fueled world of professional bull riding, based on an idea developed in partnership with Range Media Partners. Plot details are still being kept under wraps. The western-focused studio beat out several other interested buyers to make the deal.

Deal is for a reported seven-figures.
