Spec Script Deal: “Aporia”

Paramount Pictures with Bad Robot producing acquire science fiction drama spec script “Aporia” written by Jared Moshe. Via THR:

As with many Bad Robot projects, Aporia’s logline is being kept secret. It is, however, being described as a grounded sci-fi drama with time-travel elements.

Deal is reported to have been a preemptive pickup.

Moshe is repped by ICM Partners and Kaplan/Perrone Entertainment.

By my count, this is the 18th spec script deal of 2018.

There were 33 spec script deals year-to-date in 2017.
