I can do this job, it’ll be great.’ We live in a fear‑based business and so, you have to make everyone around you feel comfortable and like they’re going to be taken care of and everything’s going to turn out great. You have to instill them with a confidence and comfort, and I think that younger me, I would have liked to have been like…lead with confidence, which I do now.”
