Michael, sorry I didn’t get to your response earlier, but yes, writing is very much a long haul process. In many ways, it’s grinding it out, day after day. I’m experiencing this right now with my book projects which is, I figure, to be 300+ pages, so three times the length of a screenplay. I’m up every morning, grinding away. It won’t get done if I don’t do it.
