Blinded by the Light was the last movie I saw at the 2019 Sundance Film Festival and I loved it.
IMDb plot summary: In 1987 during the austere days of Thatcher’s Britain, a teenager learns to live life, understand his family and find his own voice through the music of Bruce Springsteen.
The way Springsteen’s songs get woven into the storyline is nothing short of remarkable and provides a new level of understanding of The Boss’s songs. The movie is a wonderful burst of self-affirming energy and a rocking blast of BRUUUUCE guaranteed to enliven any fans of The Boss.
