“This is a magical room. Where does the water come from?”

Enchanted (2007), written by Bill Kelly

The Daily Dialogue theme for the week: Shower. Today’s suggestion by Lyndall Cave.

Trivia: In January 2018, it was announced that the script for a sequel, titled “Disenchanted”, was almost complete and had been in production since 2010. The sequel will deal with Giselle ten years after the events of the first movie, wondering if the life she chose is truly her “happily ever after”. Amy Adams and James Marsden have announced their intention to be in it, and Patrick Dempsey has said he is open to it. As of February 2020, it’s still in development.

Dialogue On Dialogue: The movie’s premise — “A young maiden in a land called Andalasia, who is prepared to be wed, is sent away to New York City by an evil Queen, where she falls in love with a lawyer” — gets put to good use in this shower scene and ensuing events.
